EpistIQ Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of EpistIQ (the "App"), operated by IT Keys LLC ("we," "us," "our"), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the App. The App is not directed at children under 13.

You're responsible for the activity on your account. Usernames must be appropriate and may not impersonate others or contain offensive content; we may reset or remove a username that violates this.

EpistIQ Smart is an auto-renewing subscription offered in two plans:

• Monthly - $2.99, billed every month.
• Yearly - $19.99, billed every year.

Prices are shown in your local currency and may vary by country/store (App Store or Play Store).

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID account settings (App Store) or Google Play's Subscriptions page - not by contacting us directly.
• No refunds are provided by us for partial subscription periods; refund requests are handled by Apple or Google per their own policies.

Subscribing unlocks: every puzzle category and difficulty, the leaderboard, weekly Gold content, Block Blast and Jigsaw bonus games, an ad-free experience, and custom username editing.

You agree not to: reverse-engineer the App beyond what's permitted by law, use automated tools to farm scores or badges, attempt to access another user's account, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

The App, including its puzzles, design, and branding, is owned by IT Keys LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose. Historical figures referenced in leaderboard titles (e.g. "Socrates," "Newton") are used as public-domain namesakes only.

The App is provided "as is." Puzzle content, including any Medicine-category material, is for general knowledge and entertainment purposes only and is not medical, legal, or professional advice. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IT Keys LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Consumer protection laws of your country may also apply.
